Khai’s 5th year in education will be served as the Mindfulness Director at Monarca Academy. He is the founding high school teacher and sees social emotional learning existing in the math classroom with student vulnerability in expressing their thinking to the classroom, foundational to exemplary. Life in the hallways, Mr. V is another human to the little humans that experience their own life circumstances. 

He is the eldest child of immigrant parents and the third parent to his 4 siblings. The lived experiences of generational trauma, sexual trauma, mental and emotional trauma has allowed Khai to use pain as a vehicle towards his own wellness. 

In his development, Khai sought after mission driven work to connect with those who experienced akin and served his community with 7 years of impact since 2014. Passionate about social justice, he educated on the facets of oppression with student anecdotes during university so the voices of those who experienced injustices are seen and heard. Before this, he was a youth advocate to raise youth activism and reduce substance abuse through prevention education in his hometown of Worcester, MA. Within his hometown, he was a factor in change for youth health and wellness. Presenting his own campaign, 21 Is The New 18, Khai’s efforts changed the legal tobacco purchasing age from 18 to 21 in 2015. He currently lives in Indianapolis, IN where he is also a community organizer for educational equity at the local and state level. 

Through Indiana Reiki Center, Khai is a Reiki Master where he supports restorED Centre for Healing and Development with alternative healing modalities as supplemental care for other humans’ wellness and mental health. 

Within the practice of Reiki, the concept of lineage holds a place of respect and recognition. A Reiki lineage is essentially a "family tree" of Reiki teachers, tracing the transmission of knowledge and attunement back to the founder, Mikao Usui Sensei. Each practitioner's lineage represents a unique connection to this original source, acknowledging the teachers who have carefully passed down the teachings and energetic empowerments.  

Being a Reiki lineage holder means more than simply being trained in Reiki. It signifies that the ability to attune others to Reiki has been directly conferred upon you by a qualified Reiki Master, who themselves received the same empowerment from their teacher, and so on, all the way back to Usui Sensei. This creates a living link to the history and tradition of Reiki, recognizing that the practice is part of an unbroken chain of healing and empowerment.  

While lineage is valued, it's important to understand that it doesn't imply superiority or exclusivity. Each practitioner, regardless of their specific lineage, channels the same universal life force energy. However, acknowledging and respecting lineage can provide a sense of grounding, historical context, and connection to the broader Reiki community. It's a way of honoring the journey of Reiki and the teachers who have dedicated themselves to preserving and sharing this transformative practice.

Lineage is a key and important factor in determining the legitimacy, integrity and authority that an authentic Mystery School holds.

The lineage of the Modern Mystery School (MMS) dates back to the times of King Salomon and has therefore, over 3,000 years of history and lineage. While the mystery school tradition is much older than that, the lineage of the MMS and its teachings can be verified and traced back to the teachings of King Salomon himself.

Lineage, by definition, means a lineal descent from an ancestor, ancestry or pedigree. The Modern Mystery School has persisted through time an ancient tradition of sharing of knowledge from teacher to student, affirmed by the holy process of initiation.

The lineal and direct transfer of information in this fashion has preserved the virtue and honour of the mystery school tradition, which has held the secrets of God, the universe and keys to true spiritual power since the beginning of time. This wisdom and power is available to all who truly seek it and are willing to honour its sacred nature by walking the Path of Initiation.

Initiation in combination with the unbroken lineage empowers the Adept to engage in the Great Work: creating a better world and living in accordance with their true potential and life purpose. The great masters have all walked upon the path of initiation in the mystery school tradition, which has led them to fulfill their promise to God while being here on this earth.

The Ifa Isese Tradition is an ancient, earth-centered spiritual path originating from the Yoruba people of West Africa, which emphasizes living in harmony with nature and cultivating good character (Iwa Pele). Olodumare, whose divine will is understood through a pantheon of spiritual energies called Orisha and a sacred body of wisdom known as the Odu Ifa. To be an initiate of this tradition means to undergo a transformative spiritual rebirth that formally aligns an individual with their personal destiny (Ori) and a guiding Orisa, committing them to a life of continuous learning, spiritual discipline, ancestral reverence, and community responsibility. Through this sacred process, an initiate gains the tools and guidance necessary to navigate life's challenges and fulfill their unique purpose on Earth, guided by the timeless wisdom interpreted through Ifa divination.
